Our busiest time of year is Open Enrollment (October 1 – January 31), when we dedicate long days to serving clients across Florida. Because of the high demand during that season, our off-season schedule is lighter, allowing us to recharge and take care of our families while still assisting clients as needed.
Please keep in mind: we are independent licensed insurance agents, which means our services are always free to you. We are compensated directly by the insurance carriers when we help you enroll in a plan—never by charging you.
If you reach out during the off-season, response times may be a little slower but rest assured: your message matters. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to answer questions, review your coverage options, or help you prepare for the next enrollment period.
